Best seconf hand car for medium -large dog and a HUGE pushchair?

Currently I drive a Fiat Panda 4x4. My Eurasier (around 24kg of fluff) sits nicely in the little boot with the rear seats slid forward. She refuses point blank to sit on the seats (have a car harness etc but nope)

However I now look after my baby grandson a few days a week..and we walk the dog. So he has a mahoosive Mountain Buggy Terrain, which is awesome and actually gets cross fields, bogs, everything we have thrown at it.
BUT... can't fit dog and buggy (and baby car seat) in my little car! We use an umbrella buggy for trips to town etc but I really do need to fit big pushchair and dog, and before long a bigger car seat in the car... so I need to change my car.

I would prefer something with a low boot sill for her, and have a 7k max budget. I do not care in the slightest about car brands or status (well I wouldn't be in Panda if I did Grin ] but would love any suggestions for cars to look at. I'm thinking something like a Berlingo or Peugeot Partner Tepee would fit the bill?
I'm also thinking about getting a second dog... :)

Didn't you ask this last week? Sorry if not you - have a search there was a pretty identical thread with a lot of advice.

Dacia Logan is popping up when i look. An estate is a great choice.

itwasntaparty yes I did.. and got told repeatedly to get a small pushchair! But the pushchair is essential for the off road life we lead (my dog is a tricky character and prefers to be away from others most of the time) and though I love my Panda it is no longer fit for purpose :/.. even with the umbrella buggy in I can't fit the dog and baby easily!

People did suggest other cars too on that thread

Berlingo/partner type would work well if get a dog crate for boot could probably fit pushchair upright or strapped down on top. The rear seats slide & fold/remove some are 3 individual other 2+1 so could move 1 out and lay pushchair down too. That's probably similar in some estate card too.

It doesn't have a boot lip & fairly low which is great for dogs getting in & out. It doesn't lose internal space with the sloping back window either, though probably less of an issue with a small/medium dogs.
They weren't as luxury on interior fittings as some cars but very practical and the seats really comfy.

We have a golf estate with Barjo dog guard, tailgate guard and divider. Loads of room for a Lurcher (one 22 kg one 30kg) on either side.

Not sure how small a mountain buggy terrain folds, but it would have fitted my daughter’s old off-road, three-wheel buggy that was a different brand with dog on one side, buggy in the other.

I would have thought a similar set up with any of the large family estates like a Passat, Skoda Superb or Octavia would work. You could either have the tailgate set up or a crate set up lengthways with the end door for your dog to jump into.

We went round some dealerships and specifically looked at and measured the boot of the cars we were interested in, as boot size was our main criteria.

I suggested packing the buggy and unclipping the wheels first. Becomes quick and easy to do after a couple of times!
Shower caps on the wheels keeps your boot clean too!

We have a Mazda 6 , most reliable car I have ever had . Very big boot - fitted 2 tents in and all camping paraphernalia and 4 people in last year !
