Low calorie kibble, weight loss advice for elderly dog

The long and short of it;
Can anyone recommend a high quality, low calorie kibble for an elderly dog?

Background;
We have a 11 yr old collie who has always struggled with her weight since we rescued her 5 yrs ago. She currently weighs 22kg and the vet has recommended she weigh around 16kg Blush She currently eats 320g of complete raw per day, which is based on her ideal weight of 16kg. Yet she still cannot lose weight. She has some mobility issues, as she was hit by a car prior to us adopting her and had a femoral head excision as a result. She has two, 1 hour walks per day which she enjoys.
The vet mentioned that some dogs struggle to lose weight on raw and that she might to better on a low calorie kibble. Although I prefer raw I would much rather she is a healthy weight so I am willing to try anything.

I feed my collie Canagan grain free kibble.It is good quality dry dog food.I would suggest no more then 180gr.per day.But best to ask your vet.the most important thing is,dont give her any treats inbetween.

Ps.she looks lovely,but yes, she is hugely overweight(sorry).

@Chuechebache yes I very much agree. She doesn't scavenge on walks or have any treats either Sad We have had her bloods checked for hormonal issues like Cushings as she also has a very odd wooly coat, like a sheep! I feel embarrassed as people must not believe me when I tell them what she eats, because I really am very strict.
I will take a look at the kibble you mentioned. I think grain free would be good.

Millies Wolfheart do Highland Mix and Tracker that are low fat and will help with weight loss

Wet food might be a good compromise between raw and kibble.

Naturediet fish is very low fat (2%) and is literally just white fish, potato, rice & seaweed.

I think sometimes in older age,the metabolism just really slows down.Canagan has a kibble for older dogs.
