Dribbling urine

I adopted a 4 year old bitch from a rehoming centre, she fairly recently had pups and it's believed this litter was her 5th. She has since been neutered.
She is the best dog, settled so well, incredibly loving and wonderful in every way but she seems to dribble quite a lot. We initially thought she was peeing in her bed at night as it is damp but no obvious pee soaked area if you get what I mean but I think it's due to dribbling. This happens through the day too as her blanket has small damp patches.
My question is do you think she's a bit weak down there because of all the pups she has given birth to and this will tighten up over time or something else going on? I have never had a dog that has pups before so don't know if this is normal or not.
I am due to take her to the vet next week and will ask then but in the mean time I thought the wise people of Mumsnet could give me their thoughts.

Could be an UTI.

UTI or a bit of a weak bladder, I’d take the first wee of the day in a sterile container to the vets. Might want to ring ahead first as think they need the urine fresh.

One of the main risks of spaying is urinary incontinence.
Did it happen before she was spayed?
Medication can help with this.

Thank you both for your replies.
I thought maybe this is normal for a dog who has recently had pups and the fact she has had so many in her short life.
I will definitely try to catch some pee to have checked (although that is going to be a challenge!)

@uppidydoodah I don't know if this happened before she was spayed as she was spayed the week before we rehomed her. I hadn't heard of urinary incontinence, I'll have a read up on it.

I would definitely get her checked over by a vet but I suspect it's urinary incontinence - multiple litters plus spaying can lead to it, unfortunately.

There re medications that can help too, so do ask the vet!
