Puppy barking

I have a 9 month old puppy who on the whole is very well behaved apart from her barking. However I’m a bit lost with what to do about it as it is very context specific. At my house she will bark CONSTANTLY. Mostly at the front door but in response to seemingly nothing (I know dog’s hearing is much better than ours and she is maybe hearing things I’m not) and it is relentless. Every few minutes or so she will run over to the door to bark, unless she’s asleep! But even then she will startle awake and start barking at the drop of a hat. She is nothing like it anywhere else, we spend a lot of time in family’s houses and she hardly ever barks when we’re there and never barks out on walks etc. There is a marked difference in her barking when we are home vs anywhere else. I’m glad she doesn’t bark when we’re out but it’s very frustrating her place of choice is our home where we spend most of our time Sad

I have tried distracting her which often works but as soon as she has come to the distraction (toy, chew etc) she’ll go back and bark again. I have tried ignoring her but she will just bark and bark and I have neighbours so can’t really allow her to do that. Any advice or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated!

Do you think you are inadvertently rewarding her for barking? She barks, you offer a toy or chew, great, she thinks, mum is pleased with me.
I have never had a persistent barker, although my poodle can get a bit carried away at times. If she gets too noisy I will shut just her out of the room where she likes looking out of the window and barking. I don't tell her off, other than a 'shhh'. Once she's been quiet for a bit I will let her back in.
A tired dog will not spend so much time looking to amuse itself. As well as walking you can play scenting or finding games round the house to use up some of that energy.
