Advice please.
12 hours ago my dog became very agitated, licking everything, panting, he seemed to be trying to scratch his belly, and scoot on his bum, he wouldn't settle for lay still for any longer then 2 minutes. Let him out loads, did nothing at all. Managed to get half dose of Loxicom into him. Phoned emergency vets, who advised to keep an eye on him. Booked him for an appointment this morning. Stayed up all night with him still didn't fully settle.
Went to the appointment, vet examined him, can't really see whats wrong noted some belly tenderness and he really didn't like the vet examining his rear end. Vet said see how it goes and gives him an injection of painkiller.
Here we are some 2 hours later and he's in the same state, up, down, panting, has pooed twice both looked normal, noticed he had wee'd at the same time as pooing, also noticed that he seems to want to drink but somehow can't, goes to bowl puts face into water but mouth stays clamped shut. Hes got no interest in anything. I've already phoned the vet back, and I'm waiting for them to call back.
I don't know what to do.

Lets hope the vet get back to you quickly.

It may help the vets to video how he is behaving.

Hop he is better soon - he does sound unhappy Sad

He sounds like he's in a lot of pain.

I'm surprised the vet was happy to send him home in that state.

Oh no! Poor you and dog! The vet could do x-rays and bloods to try to figure it out

Hope your dog is ok @Ginjanotaninja

An update.
He spent the day in hospital, had a ultrasound and loads of tests, but they all came back clear. He was meant to stay in overnight but kept trying to dig his way out of the kennel and expertly removing his IV, so they said he may as well be home.
Since then he's been recovering and is back to being about 90% and the toys are now starting to be played with, but appetite isn't quite back to normal.
The vets think that he ate something whilst on a walk that caused the reaction.
