Spaying aftercare for ddog

Ddog is being spayed next week. What can I expect in terms of her soreness, energy and activities after.
What can I do to look after her?

All of my pups have been feeling fine after 24 hours and wanting to go out. Vet advised that rather than have them zooming about the house or garden trying to burn off energy, it was better to take them on a couple of very short lead walks (ten mins) so they could have a sniff about and feel like they'd done something. Gradually built that up over time but kept on lead. Also used frozen kongs/brain games to occupy them. Had a check up at the vet after about ten days I think, when they said it was fine to let them off but be wary of leaping about with other dogs for a few more days. They all recovered well

We have a pup who is a dream off lead but was bad for pulling at the time so we didn't walk her until she was given the go-ahead by the vet. We tried building ramps for the sofa but after a few days she was jumping on and off so I was terrifed she would split herself. She had a few zoomies so had to calm her and crate her for that. She did way better than we expected as she is a total drama queen usually. Lick matts and snuffle mats really helped.
