Best dog for child with autism

Hi all,

I wonder if you can give me some advice?

We are looking at getting a puppy / dog. My 6 year old has autism - is there any recommendations for the best breed for this?

I would recommend a trained support dog if possible. No dog is guaranteed based on its breed.
