Recommendation for behaviourist: high arousal attacking and biting

I've posted about this before, but I couldn't find my old posts. Briefly, ddog is 16months old. When she gets into a sate of high arousal (like the zoomies) she jumps and bites (enough to break skin and leave marks through clothes and coats). She runs like a loon around me baking and jumping and biting.

This is due in part to us not correctly handing her as a little puppy who mouthed and bit when playing and excited. My son in particular (not his fault, he was 10) would use cushions, blankets and clothes to keep the play going and play fighting with her, instead of turning his back/swapping toys etc. My responsibility (although I did tell him over and over).

We've had a 1 to 1 trainer (ADMT or IDMT?) and we did stuff on trying to keep her calm - find it, scent work etc. She is a lot better than she was, but it still happens. We use a muzzle for off lead time, but I'd like to get to a point where it didn't happen.

The previous trainer says she doesn't have any further ideas, so looking for a behaviourist in the WEST Yorkshire area or even via video if that's possible.

Look for someone APBC or CCAB accredited (on the APBC and ASAB websites respectively)

Gretta Ford as listed above would fit the bill

It's worth knowing that dog training and behaviour is a completely unregulated industry, and there's lots of charlatans out there, hence the need for seeking someone APBC or CCAB accredited
