Dog bite injury on my dog

Ddog was attacked on the lead yesterday by an off lead dog. It's owner pulled it away, but I feel awful for her (Ddog). She seemed fine yesterday but I found a puncture wound on her back/side this morning and she was shaking while I cleaned it.
It doesn't look deep. I have cleaned it and I have dog pain killers she had just stopped taking from an infected paw (recently finished antibiotics too) .
Would you see the vet or just give pain reliever and lots of attention?

I would see the vet. Dog bites can turn nasty very quickly. I suspect she'll need more antibiotics too.

I hope she's okay - poor thing.

Take her to the vets. Poor thing!
I hate when owners allow their off lead dogs to approach dogs on their lead.
Sorry this happened to her!

It was an unfortunate accident as other dog was on lead but owner was trying to tie her/him up, and dog escaped.
Unfortunately for us we were very close and difficult to get away.
I hadn't realised Ddog was injured until later (long fur).
I think the dog should be muzzled as owner didn't seem suprised her dog would do that.
Vet tomorrow I think.

Vet definitely . Puncture wounds can turn nasty. They often heal on the surface but there’s infection underneath that needs antibiotics.

Ddog is feeling sorry for herself with her newly shaved patch, and antibiotics.
I am trying to work out how to track down the dog owner.

Glad you got it sorted, poor little thing.
