Rawhide chew alternatives

I'm struggling to find a real alternative to raw hide bones, my dog growing up always had these and we never had a problem.

But apparently they're dangerous due to choking etc

However, I've tried some rawhide alternatives and we haven't found a better option yet!

We've tried the type called smart bones, supposedly healthy but my dog eats them within 2 minutes where a rawhide bone keeps her chewing happily for long times.
They're also a bloody fortune! I wouldn't mind if they lasted but she chomps through in no time

I also tried an antler type thing and my dog wouldn't touch the thing, also a bloody fortune Grin

Has anyone found a decent alternative their dog can enjoy for a good amount of time?

Antlers, chicken feet, hairy rabbit ears (natural wormer) and a big ostrich bone feature in our chewing habits.

Anybody want to link me to decent fish skin chews? I found cubes when I looked recently, which he likes, but I wouldn't say they give his teeth a good clean!

Mine loves the yak milk chews - he's oob the same one since I got him at the end of August still. Ive been wondering if it's too hard to be good for his teeth really, though it's definitely softer than antler!

Ive known dogs choke on raw bones too so all bones are fully out for me Sad I didn't know rawhide was a choking risk, I don't give it because it's bleached, and I can't believe anybody would feed it for that reason!

He gets dried chicken flesh strip chews but they're gone in 30 seconds. Pigs ears are too big for him but I'd feed them occasionally without worry (used to be since to get pigs ear cigars, but not seen them in tonks!)

I can't feed bulls puzzle without retching and id need to handle it to make it smaller for him and no no nope to that.

You've had a yak's milk chew since AUGUST? I tried it with my dog and he did love it but it was all gone in two days (the bigger one that cost about €16) and then he farted so badly that he cleared rooms so obviously the dairy didn't agree with him. He does have big teeth and an incredibly strong jaw (Glen of Imaal terrier) so finding things that last is a real challenge. Even the extra tough kongs get chewed through in about 12 months.

Bloody hell @BlackAmericanoNoSugar thay is one hardcore chewer!!! Shock Yes, since August, the smallest one but he's only 5kg. It'll maybe be gone by xmas...? Chews it for 20 minutes and then does something else, sometimes back to it agar a bit, other times goes for days not interested. Also likes to chew the duvet. Or socks Or go fishing in the recycling bin. Or sleep. Thankfully, he does a lot of that.

Yes, he's a great chewer. A pig's ear is 10 mins and a big burp. Big antlers get chewed down to throwing-out size in about 18 months (it would be quicker but he doesn't find them tasty so only chews them if there's absolutely nothing else available or if I drip some chicken fat on the ends). Fortunately he's not interested in socks or shoes or it would get extremely expensive.
