We're spending a week in a camper van with our lurcher in May so I'd like to be able to feed him a dried food that week without the farts that non raw food can cause!
I'm thinking that I'll gradually introduce it a week or two before we go but don't know where to start on brands or types.

I changed mine from a totally raw diet to fish for dogs at age 5. No ill effects and still going strong years later. Much more convenient when Canping / travelling

Cold pressed dried food apparently is compatible to feed alongside raw food. I feed my girl raw in the morning and Gentle in the evening, poo still firm and small, all other benefits but I can go to all Gentle whilst on holiday if I wanted to. Other raw feeders at our agility class do the same with raw and platinum cold pressed dried food.

I'm still here, didn't mean to cause any arguments and am happy to try a change as soon as might be necessary. I think maybe I'll try one of the suggestions for breakfast and stick to raw for lunch and see whether it agrees with him or not.
I have been raw feeding him for two years am totally committed to it but I really don't think it's practical for this trip. Not impossible but not practical

That's fine @WhyDontYouComeOnOver ,you don't have too.
Op was asking for specific advice & help which I have tried to advise from personal experience.

You haven't caused arguments @user1494670108
Some people will never agree that anything other than raw is suitable.
Unfortunately, dogs ,like people are all different.
What suits one won't suit another.
If I followed that sentiment that only RAW will do then one of mine would've starved to death as he can't tolerate raw at all ,he became very ill .
