I know puppies aren't just for Christmas. I'm not daft.

But we thought we would get our puppy whilst we have 3 weeks off and DH starts shift work. Omg. We adore her. Minimal accidents. Friends with other dogs. Friendly with kids and adults. She is perfect 😍😍😍😍😍

Lovely OP.

I still look at mine and get that rush of love. You enjoy every minute, even the badger poo stinky ones.

We lost our fifteen year old dog in September when I was eight months pregnant. She had been with us since we got married. It broke my heart but I would do it all again in a second just to feel that bond and love.

Ah sorry to hear that home

I never got it before how they become so much part of the family.

They aren't just pets are they 💐

Gorgeous pup. I was lucky as mine settled and house trained well. He is now 3. I too love mine more than my husband! 😄😂

We had ours 2 weeks before Christmas. We'd been toying with the idea for a while as we already have an older dog, and wanted to get another before he got too old (he's nearly 6). We knew the breed we wanted, and when a local family advertised pups, we just knew it was right for us. They've been raised in a home, mum is lovely and gentle and we've got a FB group for all the pups and their new families. The time of year was irrelevant to be honest.

Not everyone who gets a puppy at this time of year is a raving idiot.... although it helps Grin

She's lovely. Is she a cockerpoo?
