My dog is behaving differently and has a dry nose should I take her to the vet?

A few days ago I noticed that ddog was being a lot more clingy then normal, following my around and only settling close to me. Ordinarily she likes to look out of our sitting room window so it's unusual behaviour. She also started to drag her bottom in the evening, she did this a few months ago and for the first time had her anal glands drained (nice) but as she was due to be wormed I did that. She stopped dragging and seemed back to her normal self, but today she's following me again and this time her nose is dry. I can't get to the vets until tomorrow afternoon do you think I should be worried?

It's warm that could make her nose dry it's not always a symptom of something worse. How are you feeling? Maybe the dog can sense sadness or pain?

Sorry that sounded melodramatic Grin. I mean are you ill-sore-not your self?

My dog often has a dry nose, to be honest. It could be the heat making them a bit off colour, it's really humid where I am and it makes my dog very unsettled - he hates heat (cocker spaniel). Worming tablets can also make them off colour too.
