Emergency vet? Or monitor overnight

I often over worry and have taken my dog to the emergency vets a couple of times but she seems unwell and I don't know what to do.

She has been sick tonight and off her food since this afternoon (usual for her she's picky but she was even reluctant to eat a treat) she looks miserable and a bit wobbly earlier then she went and done crazy zoomies. Now she's curled up on the sofa but not herself.

My husband said to monitor her and see how she is tomorrow but I am worried 😞 she is a 2 year old cavalier

@WetsTheVet thank you. We have discovered it was actually a tissue napkin not a wet wipe as we discovered the source!

Thanks everyone. She has had a game of catch with her toy indoors and is resting ok so will monitor her Smile

Definitely keep an eye on her in case she ate more of them than you thought. Even for the one you know of are you sure everything came out?

My dog vomited but ran around just fine for a day at daycare before he deteriorated enough for me to take him to the vets. He ended up having emergency surgery to remove a foreign body Sad

Hope she's perkier this AM. Do update us!

She seems ok so far this morning but will see how she goes, she was tail wagging just now and no sickness in the night. X
