Am I. It's or does the dog know I'm pregnant?

I'm 11 weeks pg with my second, and DDog is all over me. Way more cuddly than usual. I'm wondering if I smell different, and if it's regressing him to his puppyhood. I was expecting DD when we first brought him home aged 10 weeks, so perhaps I smell comforting to him now I'm pregnant again? Or maybe I'm reading way too much into it and he's just being a dog?!

Did anyone else's dog act different in response to pregnancy, or am I a nutter for thinking it? Happy to be told it's the latter

My dog definitely knows. I'm 12 weeks and he's been really cuddly which isn't at all like him.

I lost a pregnancy earlier this year and he was really funny with me before the miscarriage really started and for a few days after (which made me feel worse as I just wanted a cuddle!). Dr dog knows everything.
