Trusted House sitters - how does it work in practice?

Background : I have three Spanish galgos, all 9 years old, all rescued. When I had 2 dogs I have managed to go away for short breaks by using a dog hotel. With the 3 I am looking at getting someone to house sit for me so I can go on a 10 day break. The boys sleep a lot and just need a couple of short poggles for mental stimulation. However I tend to walk in 2 shifts as one of my boys is very reactive when he sees other dogs (been training him for year now and it is getting better but not resolved). Unless in a totally secure field they are not let off lead as they are trained to hunt, have a high prey drive and would be in 100 miles away before caught.

My DD lives with me but works full time 6 days a week and has a social life in another town so is not going to be 100% available.

My questions are :
what are your experiences of companies like Trusted House sitters?
is it a no-no that there will be someone in the house (my DD) even though its not 100% of the time?
How do you organise your house to accommodate the sitter ie bedroom, closet space etc?
Any tips or hints or useful to knows to make this the best experience for everyone but especially my boys?

Thank you for your help and advice.

Bottoms. Thy can't help me anyway. They don't accept 3rd parties in the property even if it is DD. Rats. Back to the drawing board.

Try and get a personal recommendation. Ask all the doggy people you know if they use anyone.

Our dog sitter is brilliant. Her sole job is to look after the dogs so they get better care than when I am with them.

She costs £25 a day (two dogs). Would also care for other pets, plus water the garden etc if necessary.

She just sleeps in our bed.
