Lost my second loaf of hot crusty bread from the bakery to a not solittle 4 month old terror who had just figured out she can reach the counter tops.

And now there is liquid poo ALL OVER the garden! She scoffed the entire loaf in the shortest time believable...

The first time I was really panicking as I couldn't find the plastic bag it came in either, so I thought she had eaten that too... Found that a few days later thankfully...

Grin Wine

we lost a large uncooked spicy peperoni pizza to a 18 month old collie who (we now realise) can reach the back of the counter tops when the mood takes him.
He'd been fully grown for ages at that point, so must have been able to reach food we had hidden there for months. He was just waiting for something particularly tasty.....

If only they would connect what comes out of their arse with what goes into their mouth

My Sheltie x Whippet did that when she was about the same age - little piggy. I was boggling at how a loaf of bread that was seemingly bigger than she was could fit into her stomach. Only conclusion I could draw was that her stomach must be some sort of tardis. Grin

Mine did it en-route to our holiday when we stopped at the motorway services to use the toilets. We were only gone for less than 5 minutes (and it was a cold rainy day, so fine to leave the dogs in the car). She escaped the dog gate and got into our holiday provisions which were on the back seat.

I was extremely unimpressed at being deprived of my gorgeous, freshly baked, crusty loaf. Hmm Grin
