I think there's quite a lot of pregnancy hormones involved in this post. I'm 13 weeks.

I have a 9 month Golden who is lovely but the jumping has me at the end of my tether. He used to have a major problem on walks of jumping and biting my arms. I have that mostly under control, it was caused by over-excitement. But now he jumps on me indoors pretty constantly, not really excitement related (although sometimes it is, if I have my wellies and coat on for example so he knows we're going walking). He's pretty big (5stone) and he hits my stomach at times which has me worried and his claws HURT when they scrape my leg. I've been a tree so many times I think I've started growing branches.

Issue 2 (but still related) is with DH. Puppy is much worse with the jumping with him cause DH doesn't have the patience to be a tree every time puppy jumps and so at times just pushes him off which obv puppy thinks is a great game. DH can't walk puppy on his own without me as puppy gets stupidly over excited and the jumping and biting come back in force. DH had a hoody that is more hole than sleeve cause of the dog.

I'm sorry for the rant, and I completely love him but I'm quite worried about how to deal with him and being pregnant!

DH has to be a tree too. You can already see a difference in how pup behaves with the two of you - he will eventually learn not to jump on you but keep jumping on your DH and probably other people too. But if DH gets on board he'll learn much sooner.

When he jumps, fold your arms and turn away and then be a tree. Maybe you are already doing this. And don't say anything because even a 'no' is attention.

DH is going to have to learn from your example because he'll have to walk the dog on his own sometimes. So I think you should discuss it with him and tell him how you feel. It can be awful having a great big dog jump on you when you don't want it.

Congratulations on the pregnancy :)
