Overnight peeing on floor

Really hoping someone can help here please. Our four year old dog has recently started overnight peeing on the floor. She was crate trained as a puppy, which took a long time depsite everyone telling us that she would not mess her own bed. However she was fine after about a year old. We now dont close the crate so she sometimes sleeps in it, and sometimes on the couch. In the last 2 months she has taken to getting up for a pee on the floor. We did try putting her back in the crate and closing it, but bed was soaked the next day. Vet says nothing wrong. Any ideas please? Nothing has changed in her routine, same walks, same bed time walk about 10.30pm, and first morning outing about 8. The overnight peeing can be as early as 1am we think. We closed the doors to the room she was peeing in, but she found another spot. (Thank goodness for wooden floors!). No family changes, no diet changes. Really dont know what to try next so any ideas gratefully received please!

My jack russells are house trained, honest. Occasionally, they pee on the floor. They can go months without doing it and then pee inside every night for a week, then stop. Have no idea why but I find biological soap powder in their "spot " makes them move on!

Is your dog spayed, and did the vet consider that as a factor? We had wet dog beds, patches on the carpet occasionally over a few months. I assumed it was our old dog and he did have a urine infection, so had antibiotics and I thought all was well. Several weeks later, our 3 year old female dog was asleep next to me, when she wet herself. She woke up very upset, frantically trying to clean herself. There was no urine infection, but the vet said she had developed incontinence after being spayed that year. She is on propalin twice a day in her food, and we're 2 years on now, with no incontinence.
