Recommend me a good dry dog food for dermatitis

I have a 6 year old Lhasa Apso who suffers from dermatitis. I've spent fortunes at the vets trying to find the cause as there is no cure other than antibiotics every now and again which cures it temporarily.

Anyhow, i'm now going to try his diet to see if that has any affect. I have fed him Bakers Complete all his life and I have heard this isn't a very good dog food. You can't get any other from the bloody supermarket though can you?

I've read some of the other threads in the archives about this but there is conflicting advice.

Anyone got or had a dog with a similar condition that has improved through a certain brand of food? Please help!

Meant to say that an added benefit is that it's reduced the number of poos by about 2/3 so obviously less wastage in diet.

I think I'll store it in the garage Confused

Shiba inu dog belonging to my brother's girlfriend was suffering from bald patches, they switched to raw food diet, he and other dogs they have love it, Inu dog's skin is much better, fur more glossy etc. they give chicken, tripe, fish oils, seaweed/mineral supplement added to food and my brother and his girlfriend think it's a huge success. You just need room in a freezer to keep stuff.
