Low calorie Kong-filler recommendations

We give Daisy a Kong in her crate when we go out, or are busy. We've stuffed it do far with some low-fat peanut butter and her kibble. But obviously with her being a lab, I know she'll have a propensity to put on weight so I'm looking for other ideas for Kong fillings. She's 13 weeks old. Any recs?

Cut a carrot so you can wedge it in and make it difficult to get out, maybe a tiny bit of marmite or cream cheese for encouragement at first. My lab used to spend ages when he was a puppy and end up bringing it to me to get carrot out for him. He eventually worked out that he can chew the kong with carrot inside to break it up, chuck it in the air and make it bounce and bits of carrot come out. Apples work as well.

My labs love mashed banana mixed with natural yoghurt and frozen. Can get a bit messy if they get bored half way through though!

They also like marmite - not good in large quantities as it's very salty but you actually need very little to get the flavour and keep them quiet. I have also chopped up carrot and apple and mixed it with apple sauce. Presumably that would freeze too, though I've not tried it.

Kibble soaked in a little water and frozen would keep them quiet longer too. You can also use grated cheese mixed with kibble and microwave it (in the kong) so that the cheese melts and "cements" it all together, though it takes ages to cool down enough for them so forward planning required!

Brilliant, thanks both. Some fab ideas.
