Erm, someone who I live with seems to now have ringworm. Puppy shows no symptoms whatsoever, but doctor seems to think it must have come from the puppy. The person I live with is a little, erm, repulsed to be honest. Is this common?

Doctors forget to mention that people can give it to people and people can give it to dogs. They also forget to mention that dogs and people can also contract it from handling infected wood.
The last case I dealt with was finally treated when I explained this to an owner and he stopped using a particular batch of wood he was carving. He kept reinfecting the dogs.
