anyone help with rehoming a husky and a bullmastiff cross rotti?

Two friends dogs need rehoming.

The bull masstiff cross rotti however has hip dysplasia. My friend has called arounf several local shelters but is worried they will put him to sleep over his hip.
He is castrated, chipped, vaccinated.
The husky is being given away for free (don't get me started). She is speyed, chipped vaccinated.

Ideally I would like both these dogs to go to no kill rescues, or to one of my dog-loving friends.

I won't discuss the issues on board regarding these dogs and rehoming, but would like some other numbers to call etc. We are in herts.

misdee, is there a deadline for rehoming?

I'm not asking you to disclose reasons, I accept what you said in your OP - I'm just asking if this is a "I don't want this dog because I have a toddler" TYPE of situation, where the owner can wait, or whether this is a "I'm moving to Oz at the end of the month" type of situation whereby the dog has a definite need for help by a specific date.

Cos I'm just wondering about how to help this poor little lady... :)

Scooby!

You know Pat? :)

She's great, IMHO, and a huge GSD fan too! :)
