Solve an argument for us. Whose dog is the best, mine or DH and dd1's?

My dog is Devil Dog, DH and dd1 fight over who 'Baby Waby' aka Whippy belongs to.

When they greet you at the door Devil Dog goes: oooh oooh my person is back, my person

Baby Waby: Oh my person is back Sniff, sniff. This is boring now.

Playing ball:

Devil Dog: oooh oooh you have a ball repeat ad infintum.

Baby Waby Baby Waby:

Playing Tug:

Devil Dog: it's My rope oooh you've won the rope. Runs in circles. Thow it for me. Throw it. Throw it. Somersault. Bounce. Bark. Fetches back rope. Repeat>

Baby Waby: What's this you're giving me? Shall I take it bed Oh your not letting go? You want it? okay

Feeding time:

Devil Dog: It's teatime. Om nom nom. growl, bark, wag wag. Feed me. Feed me.

Baby Waby: Am I hungry? I think I'm hungry. What should I do? My bowl is empty.

Okay so Devil Dog has snapped at few people. We seem to have somehow trained him to piss in the kitchen after his meal. He's a bit grumpy/growly. He eats things he shouldn't eat and destroys all his toys in 30 seconds flat and his recall is not excellent, but he's still the best, yes?

The only reason Baby Waby behaves so well is because it just doesn't occur to her to do anything other sleep, cuddle and walk. Plus she is as thick as two short planks.

My dog is best. No-one likes him but me. They roll their eyes when he visits

Oh, and Baby Waby? I thought Budgen was bad enough - a result of letting DD1 choose his name at 6 and being too indulgent to say no. People refer to him as Budget, or an array of other supermarket names such as Lidl, or even One Stop.

Oh her actual name is not Baby Waby, they tried. I put my foot down. Baby Waby is just what they call her in the house . Her name is Poppy , or in the house Poppy Woppy Baby Waby . Although I have trained her to respond to Popsicle

well I have my own version of both too. Same breed, same parents but totally different in personality.

Pupstar girl is nosy, alert, bouncy, makes her own entertainment, eats whatever she can find, steals anything that is around, takes ALL the toys out to the garden, challenges you at every turn - doesnt growl but is getting a bit food growly at the moment! She is easy to train, almost bomb proof already in most situations, NEEDS to work and is gorgeous.

My boy is a bit older (2) he is docile, calm, doesnt bother with anything at all, listens to every command, does as he is told when he is told, loves his ball more than anything else in the whole world and will do anything for 'a game' he chases flies in the garden and is a bit 'special' he will let me, the children and DH take anything from him, bones, food, balls, anything at all.

forgot to say, most of the family say "ooh boydog is fantastic, he is an angel, he is blah blah blah"

They compare my girlie pup to him and it isnt fair she is lovely, she is fab at training club, but she needs more and more an dmore.

I can see potential in her to do all sorts of things, it just needs channeling.

People ignore or avoid Devil Dog depending upon when they first met him. People who met him when we first got him usually avoid him . He is better now, people ignore him.

The lolipop lady has good reason for avoiding him. He tried to pee up her stick . He doesn't pee up people anymore, or in shop doorways. Trees and lamposts are another matter, but it's an improvement
