I'm meant to be going to see Blur in the summer but now that they're annonced the line up DH and I just cannot be bothered. It kicks of at 2pm. This was our conversation 'Oh FFS. It starts at two. That means we either have to go and watch a load of shit bands or get there to see Blur and have to deal with loads of drunks. PLus we'd have to get the train back home afterwards. You know what, I think we'll just sell the tickets. OOoo, yeah, then we can get a bottle of wine and watch the gig on the laptop in the garden. It's bound to be on and we'll get to watch it without the hassle of going out. And we can stay in our pjs. Yeah lets do that'. We're 32, DH used to play guitar in a band that nearly got signed and I have sung in a few bands. How has this happened? It must be to do with having kids!
