What did you think of it?

Yes SN did tell the mother to ignore it because if I remember correctly the mother was about to turn around and kick off massive style about it. Of course ignoring it was the best thing to do, my point is that I personally think ignoring it right from the off would have been more effective as opposed to making a huge "sit on the naughty zone" and throwing him there issue of it.

and it just seemed mean to me, Jo was siding with the mother and saying "that's what he wants, that's what he wants" and I thought "he" is a small child, "she" is a grown woman who frankly shouldn't have to be pulled off her own children and should know better. There was something disturbing about last nights programme, I did genuinely feel for the little boy. Who could fail to be moved by a little boy sitting on his own on the floor crying when the mother in question has to be physically prevented from yanking him down the stairs by the ankles?

It looked to me anyway that the mum was a bit slap-happy. When she smacked him as he was under the bed and all.

She should perhaps get anger management or stress therapy or something to stop her being so angry. I know what it is like to loose your rag, to want to throw a fit yourself but she had no switch that stopped her. I was shocked that her dh had never bathed the baby before, he has to take some responsibility for his wife's behaviour being a great useless lump that he is!

And the pulling down the stair incident was horrendous.
