Haven't found anything to moan about this week, apart from they are too fussy.

it is completely obvious they don't have any money

bleedin' pillocks and time-wasters

when you sell your house you meet a lot of fantasists like those two fuckwits

MumtoCharlieandLola · 14/01/2009 20:59

Hey ho, off to another thread.

Until next week ladies.

OP posts:
Raahh · 14/01/2009 21:00

TheInnocentBystander · 14/01/2009 21:00

BitOfFun · 14/01/2009 21:00

MumtoCharlieandLola · 14/01/2009 21:01

Alambil · 14/01/2009 21:28

I've started watching on plus1.... what the HELL are they on?!!!!

50k OVER budget in Kent, no project (LIKE THEY WANTED) and they're discounting all Kirsty and Phil's houses because.............why?

Idiots.

Fimbo · 14/01/2009 22:53

Dh & I were ranted at them at the top of our voices.

I think I caught something about her being a Maths Grad and they were both 28.

SpongeBrainedHalfWit · 15/01/2009 08:47

HAHAHAHAHA

Last nights couple were hilarious. Daft woman weeping and behaving like a spoilt child. Actually she did come across as very immature and girly.

I think Kirstie is over-playing the grumpy card this series. Someone should really tell her that those big mu-mu's and scarves she wears are not flattering, she looked like a ship in full sail . She looked lovely in that fitted grey & white dress though, the one she wore with the white linen jacket.

I couldn't believe how much that couple expected for £20k in Italy ! I had no idea you could actually still buy property for that sort of money !

SpongeBrainedHalfWit · 15/01/2009 08:49

He was a biochemistry grad and she was a maths grad. He had a 'high flying job in Pharmaceuticals' and she 'worked in the city'. Both were 28. He was whipped and she was quite emotionally manipulative I thought, she used lots of tears and girly nonsense to get her way.

LIZS · 15/01/2009 08:53

They found the house of their dreams (allegedly) completely off brief, could have got it for less than their previous offer but could n't commit - wtf are these people on !!! Bet they would n't mess about so much if they were having to pay for P and K's agency fees

abear · 15/01/2009 09:17

Can't believe I missed it and they were in Kent. Last year they came and filmed our neighbours house and the couple said they wanted it if they could buy an attaching barn (which is ours). I was surprised that Phil actually gets really involved - he phoned us to negotiate on their behalf etc - perhaps sad to admit it was all quite exciting! Didn't come to anything so sounds like it may have been that programme.

Fimbo · 15/01/2009 12:13

No don't think so abear as there was no mention of any barn and they were quite established streets with no barns.

I think the house the liked was in High Wycombe

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/01/2009 12:32

this was so funny

first thing i thought last night was

wax kirstie wax

i did think her comments were funny, and sooooooooooo true - least she can blame the hormones

couldnt understand why the first house they looked at 2 years ago, why they bank said no to a mortgage the day befoe they moved in?

they blamed the credit crunch

dont you sort out mortgage BEFORE you start looking for houses, or at least know how much you can borrow

Botbot · 15/01/2009 13:16

it was in West Wickham ( a suburban area sort of between Bromley and Croydon).

They were a right pair of wet lettuces.

Fimbo · 15/01/2009 13:17

LOL - I clearly got the place wrong then
