Thanks for the heads up. Can’t believe it is that time of year already. I like the new skills test, great way to compare them. This lot seem to know what they are doing, some very nice looking mains. Poor Jack, he just tried too hard and it all fell apart.

Not too many edible flowers and nasturtiums on show, and only one split oil made it to the plate, so I am happy.

I'll be out and about next week doing my Christmas shopping, so I'll check out TK Maxx

Tons of asparagus so I assume it was filmed in the season. Otherwise asparagus is an absolute NO! And double morels

Interesting start, I liked it. Jack had to go. Maybe just one in this group to go forward to the final. Monica is still very critical, she can't help it and Marcus is the soothing foil.

@AutumnMuse Just to say if you have a kitchen aid mixer or a compatible one I cannot praise this pasta attachment too highly.
