Yes and I can’t remember who else Michael suspected after Maya and Leigh Anne. But Bash would not have been able to get his (correct) views across.

I think Michael also was suspicious of Romesh. And although he was right about Maya he wasn't sure on Kenny so could have easily have completely changed the outcome by banishing others over Kenny meaning Kenny might have won.

Look I liked Bash as much as anyone, and I disliked Michael being harsh on Sharon as much as anyone, BUT I'm not going to pretend he wasn't right. He had it pretty much sussed by the time he went out.

He might have talked over Bash, but suggesting Bash's views were right while Michael's weren't is just not a reflection of where things were at. Michael played a key part in pinning the Traitors down.

Fair enough- it was purely the point where Romesh turned on James B and Bash had to persuade him otherwise and to vote for Kenny. I can’t remember what Michael’s views on Kenny versus James B were.

You see this is what I thought too hence me wondering if it would have played out differently.

My main takeaway from the show was I no longer like Michael Sheen. He hides it well but behind the twinkly eyes is a big ego and I don’t think he respects women. Having a wife/partner 25 years younger than him makes sense. Judge people by their actions.

I hadn’t come across Maya before, I thought she held up well considering she was an original traitor. Stunning women but she seemed grounded. I don’t agree she was boring, I think she was collected.

That was Maya who said that! James specifically mentioned the perfume. Because he cannot lie.

This is what's so tedious and annoying about James Acaster.

He can lie.

He lied to his Traitor teammates and went around 'planting breadcrumbs' for the the Faithfuls.

I was shocked when MS was on Michael McIntyre's show with his girlfriend and her mum. The mum looked like she should be the girlfriend.

Michael Sheen’s wife looks like a strong person who knows her own mind and they look like they have an amazing life together. They are friends with the Tennants, who also have an age gap, and did that lockdown show together. Not all age gap relationships are sinister!

I didn’t get a vibe that he was ganging up on women, he had views on almost everyone like James B. He actually seemed pretty quiet for most of the series!

I loved how James A played the reluctant traitor and him confessing at the end felt very real for an autistic person who finds masking and lying difficult. His online treatment is really shameful. It’s a game and Maya was toast anyway because of how they played the library murder. Which James himself carried out, pretty smoothly I thought.

Acting like a petulant child, refusing to take part in tasks, spoiling the game for other participants because he didn’t get the part he wanted in a game called ‘The Traitors’ is indeed unexpected!

He should have walked out yet instead he was happy to stay to pocket a huge amount of money. He certainly won’t get more reality tv work despite his MN fans excusing his greed.

What a load of nonsense. He is hugely popular and will continue to be so, and I suspect this gig fee isn’t much to any of them.

It is just a harmless and fun game show that’s quite sweet and if you take it this seriously and with an undercut of malice against people you don’t know, I would suggest it isn’t for you.

Crackingonandon · Today 13:11

For me the real winner in this show is Claudia. She is just brilliant.

More accurate to say the game wasn’t for him…

Love listening to Bash and Romesh. Those two made the final for me with their absolute trust in each other. Loved what Romesh said last night that it wasn't just about catching traitors but finding a connection with someone. I hadn't heard of Bash before but absolutely love him. Being the youngest and able to convince Romesh of his convictions was amazing. I hope he goes far in life. I was quite tearful over the win purely because of the relationship between Bash and Romesh.

I loved this about Rom - it proves what a top bloke he is, because he respected Bash's views, didn't dismiss him and listened to him despite his own niggles.

That shows huge emotional maturity and a decent moral compass. I bet he's a wonderful husband and dad!
