Chris seemed nice but I doubt the Kardashians feature much in the strictly voting cohort and maybe he suffered due to what is usually a bit of a popularity contest in the early days of the voting. Amy has gone out first two years running which will be disappointing for her although I was delighted to see the back of her dickhead partner early doors last year .

Oh yes, Amy had Thomas skinner. He was soon forgotten.

I’m wondering if viewers didn’t like Amy begging to stay in

I don’t think Amy is as popular as production think, very safe routines usually but it would’ve been unseemly to bin her off the show when she’s just had cancer

I always wonder if they kept her because of that / the following and well wishers

Shaun vs Melanie, Melanie out

That sounds like the correct bottom two. Sorry for Aljaz but Melanie is a terrible dancer and beyond saving!
Her facial expressions were so off putting.
Shaun will probably go next week; he’s a very lumpy dancer and doesn’t take direction well.

Right two in the dance off for once. I did think Shaun was bottom of the leaderboard but the judges obviously enjoy his dances more than Melanie's.

I didn’t see either dance as was whizzing through a lot of it. Feel sad for Melanie , but someone has to go!
I suppose Shaun will be soon.

Dave thorp just announced

Dame Sarah and Bethany had to dance off. The judges unanimously saved Bethany. Dame Sarah was eliminated

I gave Bethany a vote as I had a feeling she would be at risk and I was right 🙁 I suspect Sarah is probably not sorry to be leaving, I don’t think she would have gone much further anyway.

I’m glad Shaun made it through

I just feel he’s what it’s all about and he did better this week

don’t mind Sarah going, not very interesting to watch

I had a feeling that Sarah might be in the DO this week.

Oh I’m sad Sarah went, but more for Julian as I think he’s an excellent pro!
I am nir sure his I feel about Nancy and Bethany. I think Bethany has amazing potential, but I feel like Nancy does not dance with her. She is too OTT and doesn’t let Bethany keep up with her. I’ve thought this about Nancy in the past. She needs to dial it down abit and let the celeb shine.
