The Voice UK : I suppose I better start a thread then?

[Piggywaspushed]

In the absence of anyone else doing it, I am starting a thread.

Come spin with me!

It's also a song with very repetitive lyrics.

If she was in a cocktail lounge, she'd fit right in.

I literally just said to DH that it was the kind of performance you might hear in the background of a very nice hotel bar 😄

(edited because my brain said bar and my fingers typed restaurant!)

When did screaming 'We love you' from the audience/ family members become a thing.

Uncouth.

I didn’t know the song !
I zoned out a bit.

Exactly.- with no-one listening to it, like muzak.

For minimum wage and few stale sandwiches.

Just part of the general decline of society 😁

On a side note, bloody AXA have John Lewised The Beach Boys in their latest ad!

The Beach Boys ! Oh no.
Not seen that ad.

It's all going to pot, really.

This is a current song ! Within the last five years at least

I do like this- and now associate it with 'Project Hail Mary'- absolutely loved that film.

This is the song Tom & Danny should've given to Jack!

Her little girl is gorgeous.

It was actually 2017, if you can believe it!

Loving her voice and this version

Really ! Time does fly !
Dh went to see Styles and loved it all.
She has a great voice

No-one from Sir Tom's team is winning the whole thing.

But I like Amalia best.

I agree.
Me too 🙂

Amalia was good..a natural voice.

She was ok, but I think she may get the 'going blind' vote.

(I'm going to hell).

Tom should pick Amalia.
Hard to say which way he'll go though.

Tom confused ! Never

You forgot the Welsh factor too!

Knew it.

Not a surprise, but Amalia was better

Of course- that too!!
