I remember at school, always being kept back at the end of lunch to eat some disgusting so called food. I had several little friends who would be with me. One of them hated rice pudding and even I was impressed with her eating it grain by grain. She'd have been right at home with that little tuille.

Tasting menus are deceptive. We did one on Barcelona, tiny plates. We waddled home.
