I like Joao, but I kind of want Dino to win since he beat Djok recently.

We were worried beforehand how Rafa would deal physically with longer matches- and throw in the heat as well, and I think the answer is- he struggled. But he got through it- and gets to play another match.

Meanwhile Fonseca could be taking that match to at least 4 sets. The Brazilian fans have really woken up in set 3.

Me too- I think it will give him an edge.

or spur Djok on to get revenge.

The Brazilian fans could piss off Djok though- we know how much he hates the fans cheering for his opponent.

Jasmine might be in trouble now.

Looks like she’s injured. She’s crying so doesn’t look good.

Jasmine was suffering with an injury prior to the tournament, which is why she's skipped the doubles.

. I really hoped she would be ok.

So many injuries today. It’s awful.

I hope Sascha is careful out there

Jasmine has carried on playing but she looks very miserable and is 5-2 down in the final set. It will be a shame if she goes out.

Mirra Andreeva has lost the first set of her match too.

Just turned on Mirra’s match and she’s lost the first set. What is going on today?! Think the heat is getting to them all.

Annoyingly, Tommy Paul is ahead in his match against Lorenzo Sonego.

For a few reasons I want Sonego to win that one. The winner plays Casper (if he wins) - and Casper has a better record against Lorenzo.
Plus - I hate watching Tommy Paul. He irritates me.

And I like Lorenzo (though would want Casper to win).

Of course I've now jinxed Casper and Lorenzo , in one post
