I’ve just enjoyed catching up on all of your updates (especially Chessie’s trip down Matteo memory lane )

I’m missing watching live tennis - I would have liked to have seen Stan’s last match at RG - I think they need to think of a different farewell gift - everyone knows about the bit of clay now (Rafa’s footprint was the best though!)

I’m not sure how we’ve managed to come to Scotland in a heatwave - I wasn’t expecting it to be so hot - DH said that he saw a pub advertising live French Open coverage - I did ask if they would just leave me there to watch the tennis (and drink wine!) but it wasn’t to be!

Looking forward to coming home and watching the tennis - although the coverage sounds rubbish - Jo Konta !

He is- he's also due a hair cut on Wednesday, so far too fluffy to be out in weather like this.

I remembered! I was going to say that Nick has suddenly decided to try to pronounce Gael in a French accent but he sounds ridiculous

Nothing will ever top Rafa's footprint. Mostly covered, so not 'in your face' . A perfect tribute to a humble champion.

Unlike the scary statue, which managed to be the opposite of Rafa. I'm not sure he liked it much , really.

Not looking so good for Gael now. It must be weird for Gaston to be playing his home Slam and have virtually the whole stadium cheering for your opponent.
