Bec, on the After show, revealed why she was so upset and it was spontaneous and from the heart. She was so devasted at being dumped by Danny that she couldn’t get out of bed for 6 days. She was messaging and phoning Danny but he ghosted her. When she realised that Danny was messaging Steph but blocking her, she flipped. Why was he talking to other women but not to her?

If only she had gone off-script during the dinner party then we would have cut her a bit of slack.

I've just watched that and I agree. Danny has behaved like a Grade A shit. Bec needs to address her behaviour and how she reacts to things, but at the same time it sounds like she's been royally played and I do think it explains a lot about what we've been seeing from her.

Must remember next series to cancel ALL evening plans on the last week so I can watch live rather than take (checks) almost 3 HOURS catching up on the last three nights posts!

I hate them but the series would have been a snooze without Gia and Bec and their frenemyship. Gia and her troupe of monkeys - Brook / Juliette / Chris (BB) / to a lesser extent Rebecca and Mel; how did this awful woman attract these people as friends? I have to agree with Danny, how did the producers find such awful women? I found Danny's comments in quite a few to-camera shots to be observant, in particular to other couples relationships. I guffawed loudly at his "going into a room and not knowing if he'd get out alive" comment.

And Stevo. In his early tapes he said his friends are getting married and having babies and that's what he wants. I don't think he has the life experience to find a relationship on his own, he put faith in the ixperts finding him a match. Rachel is a lot - that laugh, her insecurities, her insistance that he kiss her; she found his one comment on the honeymoon offensive and went off on one. Rachel's not the traditional telly pretty woman that you see on these programmes, she pulled him up at the actual wedding for not saying she looked nice. Rachel's very needy and Stevo, much as he liked her, wasn't in love with her. And that's allowed. Last nights After The Dinner Party Rachel has said how she continually built him up ... like this meant Stevo owed her somehow to say he loves her. The ixperts giving him grief for not putting her first like he owed her that. Stevo could have gone early in the experiment and he'd be berated for not giving the relationship a proper try. He was never going to win with Rachel.

I heard Juliette on a podcast today (only listened to first 10mins or so) she wasn’t coming across great. Said a lot was edited out about Joel being misogynistic in his vows and speech. She said Gia was the only 1 who was welcoming to her when she first arrived hence why she was friends with her. She also said that watching it back with her friends and family was really traumatic for all of them but since the show she has been processing/focussing on herself/getting in touch with herself/reflecting/add a buzzword here. The little I heard she did not acknowledge any bad behaviour - even when she got it wrong about Joel supposedly saying “I am the star of the show” she doubled down.

Well, obviously we've only got the MAFS footage to go by, but if it's any indication of her intelligence levels then I'm impressed she managed a big word like 'misogynistic'...

Apparently she's also pregnant now.

Heavens help all these poor children being born to these nasty women.

Watched After show part one this afternoon. Got me through my workout but felt it was a bit boring. Danny is vile and I cannot believe he thought that piece to camera would never be shown. Also Steph was sooo passive with him when he was so out of order to her. I mean by all means don’t get into a slanging match but she was super polite.

This was an AI story - she was shown posing with the “father” of her unborn baby - TEDDY!

Yes I heard that too. I guess you didn't listen to the part about all the awful trolling she's had online. Look, I don't like her, but we need to acknowledge how much they get set up by the producers and how they create storylines for the participants, so we aa viewers never get to see the actual truth about what is really going on.

Oh 100% re the producers. I hate how you can hear them asking the participants questions - it sounds so fake. Likewise it annoyed me on last nights show when they were all laughing about whatishisface forgetting the rings. But after so many series anyone who applies to go on these shows cannot be naive about how things work.

Thank you. She's a black tuxedo in the winter, but goes chestnutty in warmer weather. Or maybe she's hopped into some henna when I wasn't looking!
