Season 13 will apparently have a World Cup theme - trying to recapture the magic of 2018 maybe?

I've heard there will also be more games as well, for fans of those.

I was a bit bored tonight although it was good to see Lorenzo and Priya hitting it off more. I think Jasmine and Kavan may get closer now unless a more mature bombshell comes in for her. It needs to mix up already, agree that Angelista needs to go, she's coming across like she's never watched the show before! Sam's a good looking lad but doesn't have the banter or charisma to attract the girls in this environment.

Not sure what to think of Robyn, she's maybe coming across as quite immature and insecure. She's also so loud, I'd probably have been tempted to tell her to shut up on more than occasion!

Confused why Jasmine and Samraj aren't getting together? What does she see in Kavan! Especially now Lorenzo and Priya seem to have a thing. Jasmine needs to get with Samraj or hope for a bombshell!

Have there been many south Asians in previous series? I've only watched last year's and this. Now we have Samraj, Jasmine and Priya and I'm here for it!

I think we have seen far, far, far too much of Aiden with his Anne Widdecombe hair and I'm just not interested in the boring as hell sandwich that he is not in with Ellie and Yaz. How on earth they've managed to wring so much airtime out of it, I will never know.

Where was SamRaj last night, whilst Priya was making moves on Lorenzo (who I can only think of now as Alfonso after someone else posted calling him that!)?

Someone needs to talk to Ellie about her foundation! It is as though she has smeared peanut butter on her face with a serving spoon.

Sam might be very sweet but he needs to up his game a bit and get some chat on. Not sure he is flirty enough for LI.

Its impossible to watch and enjoy when you havent had a chance to get to know everyone in a normal way.
Its all just cut and paste love island phrases and awkward kisses.

I ended up turning off halfway through last night so ill catch up today. This series isnt grabbing me at all.

I agree re Irish man and Lola. I also think it's far too convenient for them to be all coupled up and happy from week 1. She looks like the cat that's got the cream knowing she's safe. I also still maintain she is a brunette Carrie Johnson.

I think the problem with this series is that there isnt anyone ive warmed too. There's nobody that is particulary likeable. To be honest my favourite might have been George on the basis he seemed interesting but now he's gone.

Last nights episode was mental.

The girls are honestly making me want to switch off. The crying and drama after being coupled up with a guy for ONE WEEK is ridiculous.

Ang crying about Ope when she has made ZERO effort with him and they haven't even bloody kissed or anything yet and knowing they are open to getting to know others is insanity. They go on dates, they talk to other people, you get to know everyone its LOVE ISLAND!!!!

I don't know if it IS an age thing but I just don't get the drama at all. I don't ever remember my generation getting so wound up back when we were dating. It was far more chill.

Another oldie here, I don't know anyone who's shrieked over a lad like the Love Island female contestants.

Shrieking wasn't a thing when I was their age, but mindless tittering and giggling at male 'humour', 'wit', 'banter' etc was a thing. It was nearly always mindless because those things were rarely humourous, witty or good banter. There was definitely a rugby / football club groupie type who would do simpering and giggling. Shrieking would have been frowned up, as being too loud. I think that came in more with the ladette culture that followed - but I'm open to correction.

Forgot to mention last night - it was quite telling when Ope got pulled for his behaviour at the lads' night. Instead of listening and trying to explain himself he became overly defensive and rather shouty.

I mean. We've all known at least one like that haven't we?

They all have ear pierces in their ears telling them to go chat to so and so plus I’m guessing telling them to act a certain way. Also the heartfelt reasons for picking are written for them. It’s so scripted none of it is real !
