Todd is a weird and nasty piece of work. But in this instance she spoke a lot of truth. Jacob was an idiot to resuscitate a poor old man in the late stages of dementia and ignore the DNR instruction.

Jacob is an absolute liability. He'll fit right in at the GP surgery when he's sacked from the hospital.
