Caught up with last night’s before bed. Dr Todd is a nasty piece of work. Shes done a good job of weaving thicko Vanessa into her crazy web. It’s only a matter of time before she spills the paternity beans.

it would be great if Dawn, Moira and Belle have got one over on Joe. But it was too easy and I’m not convinced the normally conniving slimeball will be taken in so easily.

Bear's speech at the end was good and the bit when they were going over the trial when Bear said to Paddy "You're my boy" made me cry. Made me think of my DS. They got all that spot on I think.

That Dr Todd isn't right. If you were Jacob surely you'd just ask for a transfer! Remember he went to file a complaint then withdrew it but that lady said others had come forward with similar complaints so all he has to do is go back and re-open it. He'll be the one who stands up to her and wins.

As usual with a bullying or abuse storyline, the victim has outbursts and does stupid, out of character things, helping the bully to turn people against the victim, even if they have known the victim for years and know their character.

They did this with Tom and Belle too. Both Belle and Jacob are supposed to be intelligent ffs!

It's all so tedious and predictable.

Agree about Vanessa: she's always been an interfering nuisance. What is the point of her character? I wish they'd bin her off.

@bizzey Laurel is a recovering alcoholic so they’ve already done that storyline. I can’t remember if she went to rehab or just went to AA meetings but I think you’re right that no one has had a liver transplant in Emmerdale though I’m sure JaneJeffer remembers more lol
