I wonder with Kammy whether Emmerdale were planning to get rid of him/short term contract hence the disastrous first attempt at a relationship with Belle but have seen he's popular and decided to keep him on?

Last year there was talk of bringing his family in and then they sort of shelved him instead which was weird because he’s very popular with the viewers.

No doubt if he does get a family they will disapprove of him going out with a non-Muslim woman so that we can be treated to more misery. Hurrah.
