The Marlow Murder Club s3 starts wed

6 episodes and 3 different cases so each one 2 episodes on the night wed 8-10pm

Murder mysteries solved by 3 woman - Judith , Becks and Susie - who live in Marlow - which is just as dangerous as Midsummer and any Paradise show 😂😂😂

Robert Thorogood's cosy crime drama returns to shatter any illusions that Marlow is a safe place to live

Fortunately former archaeologist Judith Potts (Samantha Bond), vicar’s wife Becks Starling (Cara Horgan) and dog walker Suzie Harris (Jo Martin) have bandied together to turn amateur sleuths and help DI Tanika Malik (Natalie Dew) nab the killers.

E1&2 This year’s intriguing cases see them on the trail of the killer that’s bumped off the nicest man in Marlow – beloved Mayor Geoffrey Truman (Peter Davison) during a meeting at the town hall.

E3&4 Then Becks becomes a potential murder suspect herself when a man is killed during her university reunion in a spooky mansion that’s rented out by Hector Bly (Harry Enfield) - who secretly keeps an eye on his guests.

E5&6 - Finally the trio are invited to celebrity chef Ferdy Blake’s (Alistair Mackenzie) book launch at his restaurant Gastronomy, but there’s more than a touch of indigestion when he’s discovered dead in his kitchen.

Easy watching - don't really need to have seen s1&2 to enjoy this

Did laugh when Tanika said they’d all have to stay. I mean hell no one of these people is a murderer.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/03/2026 21:22

I still don’t know how they manage to get involved and why thr police lady didn’t tell them to butt out

Yeah, they are on the Channel 4 app on my TV as well.

Recklessismymiddlename · 01/04/2026 11:06

Watched the last two episodes yesterday. I hope they do another series.

kazzaD66 · 01/04/2026 12:12

I watch because it's easy viewing and I love the Marlow backdrop but it is completely ridiculous that the three of them just take over the whole investigation! It's almost as if the police are working for them. And I've always found Samantha Bond to be extremely irritating but she out does herself in this!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2026 12:45

E5&6 tonight

when a popular But tempestuous celeb chef is murdered during his comeback cookbook launch there is no end of shortage of suspects for JUDITH SUSIE and BEX

I love it. I can have it on in the background and it doesn’t matter what I miss. Easy tv. And it doesn’t give me stress levels unlike Capture!

Davros · 01/04/2026 12:53

I thought series 3 was better than series 2, which I can’t actually remember, but I enjoyed this one more. Blush Sorry Blondes, I watched ahead

Series 3 is better than 2. Series 2 went downhill after the guy got squished by the cupboard in the first one.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2026 20:36

The murders wouldn’t get solved if it wasn’t for those pesky 3 woman 😂

RafaistheKingofClay · 01/04/2026 20:44

Surprised anyone invited these three to the book launch. Was only ever going to end up with a murder.

It's always the Samantha Bond character who figures it all out too. Much like in Death in Paradise (i know they are both created by the same person)

YourMagentaCat · 02/04/2026 22:57

I've got the book for book group so am watching episode 1 now. Why is a 64 year old woman playing a 77 year old?
