Poor Dylan. All he wants is a quiet life, I actually like Paddy and Mandy in this storyline. It's very sweet how they've taken him in. He needs to survive so he can tell Paddy about Bear. Maybe Paddy can accidentally give Ray and Celia an overdose of ketamine from the drugs cabinet that is never locked.

Laurel is such a fool. Ray is no Ashley, or Jai for that matter. She'll be at the communion wine when she finds out. I liked seeing Arthur doing normal teenage things, it was quite refreshing.

Oh and another thing in this ridiculous storyline how did the hospital know to contact Paddy and Mandy? They've not officially taken him in have they?

I'm irritating myself by dwelling on this but I just don't see why all 3 of them, Marlon, Rhona and Flossie (how did April get this nickname??) didn't just push past Celia, get in the car and go to the police instead of traipsing after her into their own living room so they could sit quietly while being (verbally) threatened by one woman?

If I were Rhona I would divorce Marlon for being a long string of drippy uselessness and watching tearfully while I was attacked.

I’m fed up of stories where the characters have to act stupid in order for them to work.

@JaneJeffer yes thank you for asking. She came back at 4am this morning. Such relief now I can actually sleep in my bed and not on the sofa with an ear out for the slightest noise.

Even the previously feisty Moira and Kim have bowed down to Celia . She’s like a feckin panto wicked witch who has cast a spell over them with her big stick. That’s the only possible explanation. Her stick has magical powers which make all the villagers appear even more stupid than they usually are and the big stick reveal will be Christmas week.

I've had a change of heart. Which has surprised me greatly. After Marlon's pathetic behaviour (which definitely warrants Rhona divorcing him. FFS she had brooding and manly Graham before Marlon), and the general stupidity from April/Dylan etc last night I actually want Celia and Ray to kill the lot of them. I'm rooting for Team Stick Woman.

@xSideshowAuntSallyXx as lovely as Paddy and Mandy have been to Dylan I think they may wash their hands of him after the drugs revelation. Which is exactly what Ray wants to happen if Dylan happens to survive.

I agree, there was a point when Celia had Rhona by the throat and gormless Marlon stood there as useful as a fart in a spacesuit when I thought “just kill the lot of them.”
