He does sound a bit like David Attenborough actually 😂😂

purpleme12 · 30/09/2025 23:21

I also like Richard so far

He's quite unassuming and it's nice

Choclabratwatowner88 · 30/09/2025 23:21

I kinda like everyone except George, he’s not a bit of me right now, I highly doubt it will change but I’m gonna be a bit open minded…

Aquarius1234 · 30/09/2025 23:23

I wish there wasn't 9 men in there.

SaratogaFilly · 30/09/2025 23:27

Just said on L&L that it’s vote to save this year, so it will be interesting to see how this goes!

Paperclipp · 30/09/2025 23:27

I’m at the same point as you @purpleme12..he does.
And yes I hate the term cisgender too. Hally never went down a particularly trans activist route on BB primarily because I don’t she was that interested in politics but I think we’ll see a bit more of it with Zelah.
I am in no position to judge but I’d say the reasons Zelah gave for transitioning were much ‘lighter’ than Hally’s who seemed to have much earlier ‘genuine’ gender dysphoria. Zelah recounted being a butch lesbian who decided they’d rather live as a man rather than ‘knowing’ they were a man. Interesting stuff for me..I’m a gender realist but I love being educated

SaratogaFilly · 30/09/2025 23:32

I feel the same @Paperclipp

AhBiscuits · 01/10/2025 08:02

George is going to be a pain in the arse, which I'm sure is why he is there. I'm looking forward to it.
He's like a character. He's like Ade Edmondson playing a housemate.

Totally agree…he’s just a brilliant addition
He’s an unusual looking guy & I imagine was no stranger to a bit of childhood bullying so I find it quite refreshing that he’s so straight up which is rare in even the most gobby of housemates. They normally trip over themselves to play likeable in the early days.

HurdyGurdy19 · 01/10/2025 09:13

I would love to know how Richard (my early doors predicted winner) performed in the audition process. He is so different to any other housemate, and seems such an unlikely choice for a HM. I think BB might just have played a blinder by putting him in the house.

MrTiddlesTheCat · 01/10/2025 09:40

BigBroMoFo · 30/09/2025 21:48

Oh it really will @mumofoneAloneandwell thank you.

It is what it is. I’m 50+, pleased myself for almost 20yrs, horses, dogs, hobbies, life in the country. A blessed adult life even with some other struggles along the way. Rather me than a young mum or a child.

It's helping me too. Not chemo, I got to swerve that one, but I had to have more surgery last week because of side effects of the hormone therapy. Now I get to spend my days on the sofa watching BB.

Surprise Surprise, he wasn't originally chosen to be a housemate, probably cos looks/ age.
He went in before the show started with a group of people to test out the house as guinea pigs. They make sure everything is OK within the house. Test out furniture or whatever.
Anyway he impressed bosses that they decided to cast him as an actual housemate.

Oooo - how did you get that info, was it on livestream or was I just not paying attention during the main show?
He's just got so much going for him and the adoption story was spine tingling
BB bosses take note!

Wow ..that is low !

But then MAFS was in at the same time .
If people record /do catch up on ITVX Idoes it still gets counted ?

I have it set to record by default, but did manage to watch live last night.

Fell asleep during L&L though ! 😅😅

purpleme12 · 01/10/2025 15:33

I watched on catch up

bizzey · 01/10/2025 15:40

Ohh I didn't see that , that screen shot included MAFS as well as me mentioning it .

Why do the TV channels do this.
Pitt against each other ?

Do them separately and get all the viewer .

My mum doesn't have any catch up on her tv , so she is a MAFS gal .

But if it was at a different date , she would watch BB .
(just for something to watch at that time , and to chat to her sister about the following morning !)

I say chat ...what I really mean is...have a good old bitch about the contestants ! 🤣🤣..

I think 80 + year olds are allowed to do that. 🤣

Ive watched a lot of MAFS this series and it gets boring after a while.
I was expecting a lot more.

George reminds me of someone from the olden days but can’t picture who. Hope the public don’t vote him out we need controversial housemates makes for more interesting viewing.

why didn’t they pick Elsa to be up for eviction, they mentioned her and Nancy. Elsa bores me rigid as an influencer.

Tate and the other guy whose name I don’t even know are so dull!

Cameron B reminds me of Vernon Kaye.

Tate, Marcus and Cameron B are terrible housemates.
Yet they are lapping up the potential romance with Elsa and Marcus..

I liked Nancy on 1st night but shes been a let down so far.
If it becomes Elsa/ Marcus Nancy/ Tate. Things will get boring soooo quick.

Sorry youve had to deal with this all 💐 xx

Glad to have you here with us, I've also spent today sitting, but have no justifiable explanation other than having a lazy one 🙈😄 x

LATE ARRIVALS SEEK OPINIONS FROM THEIR FELLOW HOUSEMATES
Big Brother calls late arrivals Cameron B, Feyisola, George and Richard to the Diary Room. Last night these four Housemates delivered an ‘evil eye’ to Zelah meaning he will face this Friday’s eviction.

Big Brother says, “Housemates, tonight you will deliver your second evil eye. The Housemate you choose will face the public vote against Zelah.”
Cameron B, Feyisola, George and Richard discuss their looming decision and how difficult it will be to select a Housemate to face eviction.

Richard says, “I think I might have a possible solution. What if they come before us, each one individually, and we say to them ‘If you wanted to save someone, who would it be and why? Or if you wanted to kick someone out, who would it be?’ Shall we do those two questions?”
One by one the Housemates visit Cameron B, Feyisola, George and Richard in the snug in the garden as they share their thoughts on their fellow Housemates.
TWO HOUSEMATES GROW CLOSER
Some of the Housemates are in the kitchen having breakfast when Elsa looks at Marcus and laughs. Marcus says, “She just looks at me and laughs.”
Caroline says, “I think she's in love.”

Marcus jokes, “I know, I don’t blame her.” And then says, “Come here, Elsa” and gives her a hug.
Caroline says, “The romance is coming.”

Later that evening, Elsa and Marcus are talking in bed which other Housemates have noticed. Caroline says, “They’ve fallen in love.”
Will Elsa and Marcus continue to grow closer?
GEORGE AND TEJA GET POLITICAL
Caroline is speaking to George and says, “I’m quite good friends with Nigel Farage.”
Teja overhears and says, “You know Nigel Farage in real life?”
Caroline says, “Yes.”

Teja says, “And you actually like Nigel Farage?”
Caroline says, “As a person, yes.”
George interjects and says, “Why do you not?”

Teja says, “He is a proper character, yes but what about his politics?”
Teja then sits down and discusses the current political climate with George. Can the two find common ground?
CAMERON B, FEYISOLA, GEORGE AND RICHARD DELIVER AN ‘EVIL EYE’
Cameron B, Feyisola, George and Richard are left torn between two Housemates but finally come to a decision on who they will deliver an ‘evil eye’ to.
Standing before their fellow Housemates in the lounge, Big Brother says, “Feyisola you must now hand the evil eye to the Housemate you want to face eviction.”

Feyisola hands the evil eye to the chosen Housemate leaving the rest of the Housemates in shock.
Big Brother then says, “You must now give your reasons for your decision.”

Feyisola turns to her Cameron B, George and Richard and says, “I can’t talk, sorry.” She leaves the living room and heads into the bedroom. But who have the late arrivals delivered their second evil eye to?
And who will face the public vote this Friday alongside Zelah? The game is changing, this series viewers will 'Vote to Save'.

purpleme12 · 01/10/2025 19:37

Oh it's vote to save!

bizzey · 01/10/2025 20:15

I will vote then.
I wouldn't vote , when it was to evict.

Just went against my niceness .
