Chris Ingram was in his 30s, married, has children and allegedly contacted girls, the youngest aged 16 via texts which were sexual in nature. He did it in a state in the US where the age of consent is 18. It seems that because the girl and her family only reported it once back in the UK, that he got away with it because the age of consent here is 16. He denied it, but this is taken from an article about it on the BBC,
In a statement to Newsbeat, Sussex Police said: "Police received a report on July 9 that a 16-year-old girl had been contacted on social media while on holiday.
"The person who made contact with her was also believed to be a British man.
"The contacts were of a sexual nature, however they did not meet in person. As the girl was over 16, no offences have been committed."

The Radfords will know all this as it’s all over YouTube, TikTok etc and there were various other news articles at the time. After this (and there are more girls alleging similar, the Ingham family started travelling a lot, took their kids out of school, continued vlogging often putting his own teen daughters on the thumbnails dressed in bikinis ( and we all know who that attracts) etc. Most people who know about them seem to think he has ruined his children’s lives and is generally a creep. Other YouTubers stopped mixing with the family.
Yet The Radfords invite them to a party where their kids are in attendance. 🤯
