So Love Island is now on week 3. Will the arguing and bickering and catfighting continue....... ??? (Probably!) 🙄

Whilst Ben was a total dick and did go way, way too far.
Yasmin did approach him out the blue to have a row.
Of course there could have been build up we weren’t shown but I hadn’t even remembered they were coupled up, not having seen them interact since the recoupling.

I suspect Remell and Ben would’ve been far angrier and maybe punched a wall or two if there were no cameras..

Wow, that was a deeply offensive and unpleasant side to Ben that we saw last night. I wasn't a fan previously but thought he was just stupid. Now I can see he is really unkind and cruel too. I'm not a huge fan of Yasmin either, but I thought she impressively held herself together and didn't retaliate with insults herself.

Remell seems to be on a different planet at the moment. No idea how he thinks that anything he has done has been good or considerate. What a silly prick.

Tommy seems to be cracking on with Emily, so maybe there is hope for those two slightly wet dishcloths!

I don't think she pulled him to have a row. He'd been talking about her in a not very nice way and she confronted him. I think k she held herself together really well...

I had to rewatch the Ben/Yasmin bit as was so sure they must have cut a bit out. It was even worse on the second watch.

I can't imagine what Ben would be like without cameras. He didn't lose his shit, was totally in control and aware of the cameras yet still behaved that way. I had an ex very much like him, many decades ago, who was physically abusive as well as mentally and I worry Ben would be the same behind closed doors. My ex would try to create situations so I'd lose my temper, then hit me as though I deserved it and he was justified. Of course ALL abuse is abhorrent but there's something extra alarming when somebody doesn't just lash out in temper and are so calm and it's all really calculated.

Still not keen on Yasmin though. Found it a bit unnerving she was sitting there practically smiling while telling him how much she wanted to be really bitchy. Everything about her is so fake and I don't think we've seen any part of her true personality at all.

Oh, just remembered another thing... Emily came across quite manipulate too when she said to Conor something like "I've kept you in the villa.... now I know you have something to tell me..."🤔 Unsure if she's totally smitten with Conor or just doesn't want to go home....

Really liking Tommy now. Seems like an old school gent.

I'd be smiling too, in disbelief, if I had to listen to Ben's stupid shit.

Totally agree about Tommy. Was just a bit concerned yesterday as he would have given Megan another chance if she'd got rid of Conor. I wanted him to still be pissed off with her behaviour to him in general rather than being in a triangle.

I wonder if Yasmin feels kinda awkward when chatting to the lads and quickly directs conversations to a sexual level almost as a safe strategy as most lads would enjoy this sort of suggestion (not sure if I'm making sense here 😂!). She seems more natural in the conversations we've seen with some of the girls but we've not seen a lot to get a better sense of her personality.

I get what you mean 😂 She's certainly giving the boys what she thinks they want to hear. I'd generally assume she had low self esteem, but every time a boy lists what he likes a girl to look like, she's always sitting there nodding furiously saying "tick" 🙋‍♀️ The funniest one was when someone said they liked nice eyes... and hers practically came out on stalks "eyes, yes I have eyes" 👀🤣

She is actually TV gold and I can't believe somebody is really like that IRL. I'd love her to come out and state she actually just went in there to take the piss and wanted to see how far she could push it 🙏😂

And she even said the other morning "my battery isn't fully charged" 🤣🤣

Agreed. I have disliked her since the ‘mimicking crying, boohoo’ to Emily. And her comments calling Helena a bitch and other things for going for a conversation that Harrison instigated are horrible. Harrison is right, her issue is with him and she’s (unfairly) projecting it onto Helena.

Her and Shakira also give off an air of ‘we’re better than you’ with all the other girls. I get the feeling that it’s not that they’re not welcome with the other girls but more they choose to separate themselves.

I do wonder though if a lot of these are just significant cultural differences and maybe she’d fare a lot better on US Love Island?

It's such a shame because until that argument with Emily, Toni was my favourite. She seemed so mature and a real girl's girl. Not so much now!
