So Love Island is now on week 3. Will the arguing and bickering and catfighting continue....... ??? (Probably!) 🙄

I’m so glad Tommy didn’t fall for Megan’s bullshit. The hypocrisy amongst some the the girls is awful.

Oh my god yes, I was saying the exact same thing. The double standards from the girls is bonkers. So its okay for the girls to go flirting and snogging and they have done nothing wrong and they are here to explore connections but when the guys do it they are disrespectful and players. It boils my blood. Its one rule for the girls and another for the boys. Its the same every year!!!

Who was it last night who reminded Tommy that he needs to remember where he is?

That was so true. He only seems to have one thing to say - “That was disrespectful …” - and quite honestly, if that’s his approach to being on a show based on flirtation and partner swapping, I can hardly imagine what a nightmare he must be to live with. No girlfriend of his would ever be allowed to exchange a word with the postman, or smile at a waiter. And god forbid she ever set off to work in anything more revealing than a boiler suit. Disrespectful …

It felt very dull last night. I think there are too many contestants and we are just seeing seconds of coverage of them, so it is hard to invest or care much.

Where I work we've all been forced to do courses about unconscious bias and I think the girls in LI suffer from this. Any boy cracking on is always wrong, every girl cracking on is just "doing what they gotta do" or "exploring options". Always makes me chuckle.

I was vaguely surprised that Remell didn't pick Poppy. He's going to get served a cup of cold sick from Alima, so having gone all in with Poppy whilst he was there, I didn't quite get the logic of his choice.

I'm all geared up for indignant tears from that daft stick Emily this evening. She'll probably tell everyone that Conor should have stuck with her because she is such a nice person.

Helena and Georgio are going nowhere but he might appeal to some of the other women whilst Helena and Harry make up, which will irritate me, as he is grim.

I imagine Remell has watched the show before. And had discussions with his mates and the women in his family and social circle about the treatment of black women on the show. (And maybe he actually has an opinion on this himself!) He would have been extremely conscious of all this when he made his choice.

So it seems entirely logical to me that he refused to throw Alima under the bus. (Regardless of how he personally feels about their relationship.)

So basically the sleepover was like a scaled down early Casa then... I think they should have made it different and sent them all to the main villa for a couple of days at least.

I knew Dejon would stick... as someone else said, Meg will now be grateful and he'll use the "it was in a challenge" line for the kiss. Dejon knows exactly how to play the game - no bed sharing or kissing outside of a challenge meant he could carry on throwing the lines and getting an ego boost from the other girls. He even put it on Poppy a bit, just to make sure he could have her if he wanted - that's all he's bothered about.

I think remell stuck with Alima as he feels she'd be more respectful in a relationship and Poppy more just a bit of short term fun. He didn't get the memo from Dejon though and will find it hard to crawl out the hole he's dug for himself.

But Tommy boy.... what a magnificent human he was last night. I was like a proud mum 😂 Megan noticeably paused waiting for him to kick off after she announced the kiss and he gave her... nothing 🎉 I most enjoyed the fact that he didn't see the kiss as the issue, just her whole attitude in general. I think most of us shared his bewildered look at why Megan thinks he's done anything wrong at all 🤷‍♀️

I don’t think Remmel thought about it that deeply and almost instantly regretted his choice. I hope he goes soon. I’m glad Helena got Shea dumped, Conor was gutted!

I don't know if I like Alima... as we're only just seeing her! I think they've put Harrison in the cupboard instead now 😆

Or more simply he wanted to fool around with Poppy as a bit of temporary fun then go back to Alima and pretend all is well, that he was an honourable stand-up guy with no connections at the sleepover - aka the the classic Liam R at Casa method. He couldn't handle the heat if he brought Poppy back. It's nothing but self-preservation, and now he's messed around two girls by being dishonest.

Hopefully it all comes out in the wash for Alima. She deserves way better.

I hope Emily and Tommy get together and Megan ends up regretting her decision and Tommy tells her where to go. I think Megan has been gaslighting Tommy - if the shoe was on the other foot there would have been outrage.

I also hope Helena and Harry get back together and Shakira gets the boot.

Remell was kissing Poppy , squeezing her arse yet he didn’t take her back into the villa.
The irony is that I don’t even think that Poppy was really attracted to Remell

I don't think Megan would ever go crawling to Tommy though... she's far too stubborn and the other girls don't help by agreeing with her all the time. Pretty sure they're a bit scared of the wrath of Megan and she's actually the true Megalodon! People like Shakira and Toni would happily tell her how it is... but they're enjoying watching her shoot herself in the foot far too much.

She wasn't... she just wanted a ticket to the villa. Anyine would have done, but remell seemed a more sure fire route.

If Alima sees vids of remell's worst bits she really has to get rid or look like a massive mug. Although I'm sure Helena and Emily will give her a full blow by blow account anyway 😜 Remell is either very thick or very arrogant to think he'd get away with this. Or both.

We get to vote for fave girl and fave boy at the end of tonights show. About time we had a say. However, no doubt the remaining islanders will get the choice of who they want to save so any OG's that end up there will get saved by the others. Its so obvious and pointless 🙄

I don’t know that I like any of them enough to have a fave. Or even any I don’t want to leave.
Imagine Tommy will win the boys vote which will shake opinions inside a little. No idea which woman will.

So not favourite couple? My votes will go to Tommy and erm, stuggles I'd probably have to go for Emily out of the girls. I do find her quite overbearing but I liked the way she stood up to Toni.

Same. I couldn't stand Tommy before and I originally loved Megan! If he carries on keeping his cool here, she's actually done him a massive favour.

I liked Megan at the start as I admired her balls... but turns out they're so big she's actually quite masculine in her attitude towards a relationship.

I agree. No favourites. I think they’re all playing the game. I keep hearing about ‘all the drama’ but I think it’s been dull. I can’t tell if Harry’s a pathological liar or just arrogant.

The drama is lacking the shock factor, they’re all open so it’s not cheating, going after a bombshell is mundane and none of the partner switches have been interesting or lasted.
And we can’t even will on any breakups as no one is together.

I'd like it if they reframed the favourite boy/girl to 'who would you have voted your favourite boy/girl but now can't because you think they're a dick?'
