They had all this old bumph about rebuilding the Sugdens when John arrived and then he turned out to be a headcase and now Jack has been exiled to Australia never to be seen again. Sarah never interacts with her aunt Victoria or cousin Harry.

What was the point of saying Debbie has emigrated to Australia? Living in Scotland meant we still didn’t see her? Was it to suggest how alone Sarah is? Maybe Sarah will go and join her? Tbh she doesn’t have much fun in Emmerdale ,, then again who does ?
