I am still sniggering about Kim and Sam dancing. Because of course Lydia would’ve phoned Kim and said I can’t be there so why don’t you knock out a quick fox trot with my husband.
where exactly was Lydia supposed to be that she couldn’t make it to the party? People have been walking up and down from the village to Home farm for decades. Unless of course Lydia has suddenly taken to wearing 6 inch heels although I’m quite sure other people at the party may have owned a car who hadn’t actually been drinking and I’m quite sure I’ve seen a taxi before now in the village, so is there going to suddenly be some storyline in the future where we find out that reason Lydia wasn’t at the nonsensical party was because she was doing something else that’s going to be a major storyline in the future? Can’t see it myself, but stranger things have happened.
Like some of the ‘actors’ getting a job in the first place.

I think Lydia has been away looking after her mum so assume her car broke down wherever her mum lives, which isn't local.

Ned/Joe is up for villain of the year at the British Soap Awards. Just voted. Beth and Eden are up against each other which makes for difficult voting as they were both excellent in their respective story lines. Beth just pipped it for me as even when she didn't speak she could convey such emotion.
