Showing up means how you demonstrate your interest/ commitment . So love language in other words. Some verbally express it, others do acts of service. DH is not so forthcoming with the words but his acts of service are great- he never fails to make me tea, will do anything for me for example.

That is prob why Jackie isnt annoyed at his comment that she gives a good BJ. Because he praised her for it, so to her it is a "win"
