I've started watching today because I saw this thread the other day!

I'm only half way through 1st ep but am I the only one that is amazed at how easy it was to dig around people's documents! 'I knew someone at the passport office and they searched the records for me', 'I knew someone in Dublin so we went to look for a birth certificate'!

Don't forget though a lot of these events took place 20/30 years ago! I think Mark Stone/Kennedy was the most recent and even that was 15 years ago. I don't know how easy it would be to do the same digging now, with computerised audit trails etc.

I’m not a massive news reader tbh, but I knew about this. I’ve heard about it on and off for a number of years. Teresa May launched a public inquiry into it a decade ago which won’t conclude until next year.
