Charlotte isn't saying she knows Frankie is a traitor.
She's saying she must be a traitor. In Charlotte's version of events she's a faithful so why would Frankie call her a traitor unless she herself is the traitor trying to throw people of her scent.

I would say absolutely no way to hanging out the helicopter, but if I was bound to Alexander...

I don't know how they can be confused about if it's Frankie or Charlotte. If the seer was a traitor, why would they claim a faithful was a traitor? It would just throw suspicion their way. A traitor seer should agree a faithful is faithful and try to pair up with them to get to the end together.
